Communication should be via e-mail where possible please, in keeping with normal practice for Internet businesses. A 'call-back-on-demand' phone service isn't offered, although phone contact may be used by exception and where necessary, during normal working hours

Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company's services and materials

By purchasing an item from Eeziweb Limited you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms and Conditions

Ordering from us
The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights. All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate current at the date of invoice. The company reserves the right to alter prices and / or specifications at any time and without prior notice

Payment
Full cleared payment is required before goods are released. Click here to see payment methods accepted

Delivery

Deliveries are usually sent by next working day service, except to zones where this service isn't available. In those cases, 2-3 day service is normally used. Zones, charges and service availability are given in the 'Deliveries' section of each product page for reference

Deliveries are generally sent by the next available collection after cleared payment is received, subject to a 1:00 p.m. daily order cut-off

Example 1: Order and pay Saturday. Despatch by next available parcel collection on Monday. Delivery Tuesday
Example 2: Order and pay Tuesday 11:00 a.m. Despatch on Tuesday. Delivery on Wednesday
Example 3: Order and Pay 4:00 p.m. Tuesday. Despatch on Wednesday, Delivery on Thursday

Deliveries are handled by a contracted carrier and not by ourselves. Once the item has left us we are in the hands of the carrier to meet their guaranteed delivery commitment. Tracking information can be obtained, but we will need to pursue the carrier for each individual case, which affects information response time.

Warranty

Warranty Support is normally provided as delivery of free parts at no cost, plus detailed and individual advice as necessary

In the event that goods need to be returned for repair or exchange, the customer will be responsible for meeting the cost of returning them, and ensuring they are adequately packed and protected. This is known within the mail order industry as an RTB (Return To Base) warranty

Please ensure that goods returned under warranty are complete and where possible in their original packaging

If on receipt of your item, it cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty, then a refund will be available

Warranty covers faulty operation and failures during NORMAL USE ONLY. Failures and damage due to incorrect use or other causes are not covered under warranty. Parts are stocked and can be purchased at very reasonable prices

Eeziweb Limited will not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers due to a faulty product unless they have been agreed by Eeziweb. This clause does not affect your statutory rights

Returns

Distance Selling Regulations 2000: You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund. To cancel you must e-mail us at sales@eeziweb.co.uk or write to us at the adress given in 'Contact Us' quoting your order/reference number, within 7 days starting on the day after delivery. You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the item(s) and pack them sufficiently well, and you must return the goods to us at your own cost. The cost of rectifying omissions, dilapidations&breakages may be deducted from refunds if found. Your refund will be processed within 30 days of the notice of cancellation.

If goods are to be returned for reasons other than being faulty, and not due to errors made by Eeziweb Limited, then a 20% handling and repackaging charge will be deducted from any refund. Original postage and packaging charge cannot be refunded. The customer will also be liable for return carriage costs. Eeziweb Limited can arrange for re-packed goods to be collected by parcel carrier. The charge can be notified and agreed before collection on request (Within specified UK delivery zones only)

If goods are to be returned after 7 days for reasons other than being faulty, or other than due to errors made by Eeziweb Limited, then a handling and repackaging charge may be deducted from the refund. The customer will also be liable for return carriage costs. Eeziweb Limited can arrange for re-packed goods to be collected by parcel carrier. The charge can be notified and agreed before collection on request (Within UK delivery zones only)

Please do not return goods before notifying us that you wish to cancel
